Church Partnerships
Hope Ministries is an arm of the local church, addressing the needs of those who are poor and hurting in our community. Hope is able to impact men, women and children effectively through our 56 year history, inner-city location, professionally trained staff and Christ-centered environment.
Through prayers, financial support and volunteerism, your church body can enter in to a ministry partnership with Hope and truly become the hands and feet of Jesus. Ongoing opportunities for involvement include:
- Serving as a church home for Hope residents - Providing and serving meals at Hope Ministries (125 people served per meal) - Praying regularly for the joys and concerns of Hope Ministries - Leading evening worship/Bible study services - Conducting special donation collections for Hope within your church - Participating in Hope Ministries events, including our Home for the Holidays Christmas open house and our Annual Community Luncheon in September - Becoming a Hope Ambassador- an individual serving as a liaison between your congregation and Hope Ministries - Involving your congregation in the ONE HOUR of HOPE giving campaign. A Hope representative can join you for a Sunday service to share about the campaign, including a 5-minute video.
